Our young teams combined measured experience has overseen over 100 billion ZAR in financial portfolio valuations for private and listed property portfolio owners, valuing some of South Africa's prime commercial and industrial real estate, including the V&A Waterfront and specialised properties such as The Cape Town International Airport and Durban Port. While commercial property makes up a considerable component of our valuation pipeline, we attend to all residential property valuations for both financial institutions as well as for legal purposes. Residential property is not to be outdone and growth in this area has climbed dramatically since 2008 delivering significant returns to investors with minimal associated risk. Whatever your asset, whether it be specialised asset classes (Institutional or public infrastructure facilities such as power stations, schools, road, rail and air, or hospitals) commercial and retail, industrial, residential or high level development feasibility assessment,  we are able to attend to your valuation requirements and provide valuations that are current and an exceedingly accurate measure of associated risk.
